This informative session presented by nationally renowned constitutional lawyer, Bob McWhirter will explore the origins of the 19th Amendment, when women won the right to vote, in the context of the Declaration of Independence, the constitution, the 13th Amendment and American culture.
The 19th Amendment did more than grant women the right to vote, it was literally part of what helped America become herself.
