Central Phoenix Inez Casiano Chapter of NOW presents an educational workshop of privilege.
Privilege exists in many forms, this event will present privilege from multiple angles including race, gender, sexuality, religion, and language.
This event will be hosted by Dr. Lisa Woody, Professor of Psychological Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado.
About Dr. Lisa Woody
Dr. Lisa Woody is a Clinical/Health Psychologist, who teaches at the University of Northern Colorado and conducts neuropsychological and other evaluations through her personal business, Woody & Woody Psychological Services. She is married with two sons and is a former Master Gardener and Yoga Instructor. She has been a social justice “warrior” since the womb – attending NOW marches for women’s rights since she was a toddler. “Fighting social injustice is a lifelong passion of mine, and yet I feel like I’ve learned more on this topic in the last 10 years than in my entire life.
