We are very excited to have, as our guest speaker, Kelly Fryer, (pictured) Democrat, running for Governor of AZ.

As CEO of YWCA Southern Arizona and, previously, as Executive Director of Arizona List, an organization that works to get women elected to office, Kelly’s leadership created dynamic growth and real impact on people’s lives. Kelly is also an educator, who teaches in the Eller Social Innovation program at the University of Arizona’s college of management and previously served as Asst Professor of Leadership at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. She has owned small businesses, including a national consulting company and a retail shop/restaurant. As a pastor, Kelly specialized in “turn around” ministries – transforming struggling congregations and helping them grow by refocusing them on meaningful service and engagement with their communities. Kelly and her wife, Tana, have three grown children and a granddaughter. They split their time between Tucson and their home in Bisbee.

Join us on April 22 as we continue our work on state passage of the ERA, removal of luxury tax on necessary hygiene items, and child marriage age.
