DESCRIPTION:May 4–7 | Phoenix & Superior\, Arizona\nOak Flat (Chi’chil Bildagoteel)\, a sacred Apache site\, is under imminent threat from a federal land transfer to a foreign-owned mining corporation. This land holds deep spiritual and cultural meaning for Indigenous communities\, and its destruction would be irreversible. \nFrom Sunday\, May 4 through Wednesday\, May 7\, join Apache Stronghold and allies for a multi-day Prayer Run\, March\, and Vigil leading up to a critical federal court hearing. DESCRIPTION:Civic Spark was created in response to a growing number of people reaching out in search of ways to get more engaged at the local level.
